About Navitas Semiconductor
Website ↗Navitas Semiconductor Corporation designs, develops, and markets power semiconductors in the United States, Europe, China, rest of Asia, and internationally. The company offers gallium nitride power integrated circuits, silicon carbide power devices, silicon system controllers, and digital isolators for power conversion and charging. Its products are used in automotive, data center, mobile, consumer electronics markets, and various other applications. The company was founded in 2014 and is based in Torrance, California.
100kW+ racks force 800V DC architectures, GaN/SiC conversion and new power shelves. Power density per rack is now a design constraint.
What would prove us wrong. Weakens if rack densities stall and legacy 54V designs remain sufficient.
800V DC racks need silicon-carbide and gallium-nitride switches at every conversion step. Capacity is ample after the EV slowdown, so the constraint is qualified AI designs, not wafers.
What would prove us wrong. Strengthens if 800V adoption outruns qualified GaN/SiC supply for AI power shelves.
