What it means for stockholders

Memory. Memory led (+3.9%). HBM and DRAM are still the tightest part of the chain, so suppliers keep pricing power; strength here fits the shortage. Samsung Electronics reports on Oct 28: the next real test.

Everyone in the chain. Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon report in the next week. Their capex plans for next year set orders for chips, memory, optics, power gear and cooling, so guidance matters more than this quarter's profit.

Rotation. Money rotated into neoclouds (+8.4%) and out of hyperscalers & ai spending (+0.9%). That is a shift inside AI, not an exit.

Neoclouds. Financing is the swing factor. Holders should watch new debt deals and their interest rates. Cheaper, easier funding is good news for the stocks; costlier funding is the first warning sign.
